How Do I Cancel My Order?

At Gowhiskers, we process orders as quickly as possible to ensure speedy delivery for you and your pet. Because of this, modifying or canceling an order is only possible before it has been processed.

Order Cancellation Guidelines:

• Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within a few hours of being placed.
• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will only be eligible for a refund upon return.
